Life is abundant at Garn Farm at the moment, and we’d love to share it with you!
The woodland is currently home to three Tawny Owl chicks (can you spot one above?), whilst the wheel arch of a tractor in the woodland has become home to some smaller hungry chicks…
“Wonderful stay, so relaxing, we are already planning to return. Great base for amazing black mountain walks but always so lovely returning to the comfort of the barn and it’s lovely setting. We loved walking up through the woods via the rope swing to fabulous mountain views, drinking morning coffee outside with Hatterrall Ridge in front of us and always having such a cosy base to return to. The rustic style is perfect and the homemade sourdough on arrival delicious. Thank you!”

The new firebowl pit near The Barn is proving to be a great spot to enjoy the gloaming and roast a few marshmallows!
Whilst our friends down the road have not only been short-listed for the BBC Food and Farming Awards… they are now offering an amazing woodfired Sunday lunch. Adding another fine spot to our eat out list in the valley.
If you are looking for a summer get away we have just a couple of weeks left in the school holidays and a few mid-week breaks in June and July, plus plenty in September and October. Check latest availability and book.
We hope to see you soon.
